“Ideal property in beautiful surroundings. House was extremely well equipped
– in particular the pool toys, childrens’ play area and the safety features eg stairgates were all very much appreciated.
Adrian and Denise were very amiable and quick to satisfy our needs, especially when they acquired some summer duvets
when the hot weather arrived suddenly. The welcome pack was indeed most welcome. We
will most definitely recommend this property and this region to our friends. Fantastic holiday –

surprise!! A lovely house in a lovely setting, finished to such a fantastic standard. Well
catered to all ages, the trampoline in particular was very popular with our 2 year old. Great facilities,
exceptionally clean, the welcome pack and food and drink goodies very much appreciated. Dinan absolutely
worth a visit, as are the beaches and quay side resorts on the north coast. Adrian and Denise were very

“This is a great find and my only worry is that feedback on various online forums will mean its hard to book up again!
Thank you Adrian and Denise for creating such a wonderful property for us to enjoy it and a friendly welcome too. For
future visitors: things we have enjoyed (plunder the guides in the house too) have been Lac de Guerledan (pedalos, canoes,
beach, water skis) and the creperie there – don’t be .put off by the entrance, Quintin, Mur de Bretagne, Pontivy.
And of course the pool and locale. We found E.Leclerc at Quintin the best supermarket
(bit more of a trek) but Corlay Boulangerie and shop filled many holes. Enjoy this jewel.”

"Anyone staying at Maison de Philomene has found a jewel of a place to holiday in. The thought and effort
put into the amenities is first class, I can't think of anything missing (and what a good idea in this day and age to
have WiFi access too). Adrian and Denise should be rightly proud of creating a dream place to bring kids especially,
how could you fail with a 28 degree heated pool! The welcome package was superb and the info pack very comprehensive and helpful
in adding to the discovery of this delightful area. All in all we cannot rate this gite highly enough and

"We've had a fabulous holiday here. The house is just
beautiful and the kids have really enjoyed messing about in the pool which was warm all the time. The surrounding areas
are great to amble around and if you like markets there are plenty to keep you busy. Mur-de-Bretagne on a Friday evening
