Bookings from the 4th May 2013 through to the 28th September 2013 run weekly.
(Saturday to Saturday)
Bookings from the 28th September 2012 through to 4th May 2013 can be for 3 nights
or more. Booking periods are flexible.
All prices are inclusive. It includes Linen (except pool towels and baby blankets), Welcome Hamper (for bookings of a
week or more), Gas, Electric and Heating costs. There are no hidden or extra charges. The Swimming Pool and
Garden are not shared. They are for sole use and exclusive to you.

A Deposit of 25% of the
rental value is payable at the time of making a firm booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the start
date of your holiday.
If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period then full payment is required.
A refundable Security Deposit of £200 is payable with the final payment. This will be returned
to your bank account at the end of your stay less any damage.
We would strongly recommend that guests take out
a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering cancellation, personal belongings, health and public liability as these are
not covered by the owners insurance.
A full booking contract detailing all costs and responsibilities will be provided
once a provisional booking has been made by e-mail or telephone.
We accept UK Sterling payments by internet bank
to bank transfer to our UK account. We also accept UK Cheques mailed to a UK freepost address and online
credit card payments through PayPal. However, card payments will be subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
We accept Euro payments by bank to bank transfer to our French account or by Eurocheque. Any charges
to be paid by the payee.
